Thought of the week: If you don’t try it, how do you know it won’t work?

#Spin24in24 is going extremely well for me and I find it an excellent way to start my day with a mug of tea (or two) and conversation with the two rescue cats, Sage and Aum.

The week’s spinning included Dorset Horn (about 80g) which I wanted to sample for knitting boot socks, and mini packets of Rainbow Sprinkles from Hilltop Cloud . A combination of BFL, Bamboo and Merino , a mix that basically spun itself.

Cary, from My Wool Mitten Farm podcast, is starting the spin your socks make along from January 24th, so I want to be sure that I have made the final decision of which fibre or fibre combinations, I will do.
